House
The house accommodates 2 to 6 people, it is possible to book from a minimum of 3 days/2 nights to a maximum of 30 days/29 nights

It is possible to arrive by car approximately 40 metres from the house for unloading and loading luggage
Parking
From 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, from June 3rd to September 9th, a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) is in place in the historic center. The house is also located within the ZTL zone, so during those periods it is only possible to access it by car during the day until 9:00 PM. For long stays and in advance, it is possible to request a ZTL pass.
There is free, limited, non-reserved parking underneath the house (in the restricted traffic zone). To reach the house, you have to walk about 100 meters.
The closest paid parking lot , about 300 meters away with a difference in height, is the 'il Ponte' parking lot, always accessible, with a rate of 5 euros per day or 0.50 cents per hour.

100 meters away there is a shuttle stop that takes you to the sea in Località Marinella.

San Nicola Arcella offers various accesses to the beaches: Baia Azzurra , Marinella , Arcomagno-Fiuzzi
